Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

MapMySpace is a pre-launch product. This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you join the early-access waitlist. We keep it short and plain because that’s how it should be.

What we collect

That’s it. We don’t ask for your name, and we don’t track you across the web.

Why we collect it

So we can email you when early access opens, send you occasional updates about the launch, and understand which audiences are most interested. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who can see it

Your details are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the early-access programme ends and is no longer needed — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can ask us to show you or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and to withdraw consent.

About your scans

When the MapMySpace app launches, room scans are captured and processed on your device. The waitlist on this website does not collect any scan or location data — there’s no app yet.
